Savoy cabbage from the Plainpalais region near Geneva. Head flat-to-roundish, leaves finely curled and thin, excellent taste. Harvest from autumn into winter. Tolerates frost to -5°C.

Very early variety for first cultivation, under cover (fleece) or outdoors. Used as bunching carrot. Upright resistant foliage. Long, slender roots, quick to colour inside and outside.

Variety bred by Sativa with beautiful leaf variations for a high-yield harvest as baby leaf. As with Asian lettuce, the leaves can be cut several times and are suitable for salad mixes, pesto or smoothies. Ideal for autumn cultivation.
