Leaf Beet

Baby chard is sown a little denser and directly into the plot. The leaves can be harvested again and again throughout the season. The taste is reminiscent of spinach, but is much more intense. In Grisons, baby chard is traditionally used to prepare the local delicacy Capuns. About twice as much seed is required as for Swiss chard.
