zs87 (Cichorium intybus)
A special type of radicchio called the ‘edible rose’ because of its beautiful shape. Rosetted heads with creamy white spreading leaves speckled with red. The refreshing and delicate taste ranges from sweet to pleasantly bitter. Ready to harvest 85-90 days after planting.

Explanations
