A traditional climbing high-yield squash variety from Liguria. The long and curved fruits is mildly nutty, the flesh tender and the neck area is almost seedless. When harvested young, they can be used in the kitchen like zucchini.
Vigorous plant with a good yield, approximately 4-6 fruits weighing 2-4 kg. Sativa recommends: Only leave two or three fruits for ripening fully for storage and harvest the remaining ones regularly when they are young. Ideal for roasting, grilling, stuffing or for Mediterranean stir-fries.
