Mung bean (sprouts) - Sprouting seeds

Crisp, vibrant sprouts with a mild, nutty aroma. They pair well with fresh salads, wok dishes and many vegetable preparations. The sprouts develop quickly and stay pleasantly firm. Rinse thoroughly before eating. We recommend consuming them from the fifth day of germination onwards.
