Fireblossom - Kale
Ornamental kale with moderately curled leaves and a very attractive deep pink colour. Some variability in leaf curl and colour may occur (also whitish forms). Low to semi-high growth (40-60 cm). Harvest before severe frosts.
The colour develops from November on the mature plant, especially in the inner part; the outer leaves show pink veins. The colour is retained during cooking.
