1 Seller

2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of goods in our online shop is not an offer, but an invitation to treat. A binding offer is submitted not until you place a purchase offer. Your binding offer against charge is placed by clicking the button "Buy now". After submitting your purchase offer, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This does not constitute a contract. If we accept your offer we will send a confirmation order or deliver the goods to your shipping address (= conclusion of contract § 145 BGB German Civil Code). Your past orders remain visible in your customer account, if you have opted to create one when placing your order.

3. Shipping costs

The prices on the product page include VAT taxable in Germany. In addition to the prices stated, shipping costs apply. You can find the current overview here: Shipping .

4 Delivery

We only deliver within the European Economic Area (EEA) to the countries stated in the checkout page. At the moment Sativa delivers to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands (mainland), Poland, Portugal (mainland), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (mainland), Sweden, United Kingdom (mainland).

For delivery to the following countries please visit the individual shop via the country selection in the top right corner: Switzerland (and Liechtenstein).

All products which are for sale are immediately ready for dispatch unless otherwise stated on the product page. Parcels are usually sent with UPS.

5 Payment

It is only possible to pay via PayPal, credit card, payment on invoice, advance bank transfer, advance cheque. Please note that not all payment options are available for all orders or countries.

6 Order Procedure

When you have found the product you were looking for, you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button. The content of the shopping basket can be viewed at any time without obligation by clicking the "My cart" button. You can remove products from the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Remove item" button. If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. You will be asked to log in or to open a customer account. The mandatory details are marked with an asterisk (*). Click on the button "Buy now" to complete the order process. This operation can be stopped at any time by closing the browser window. We store the contract and send you a copy of the order and our T&Cs by e-mail. You can also view the Terms and Conditions here at any time. Your past orders remain visible in your customer account.
